Mosaic Daisy Wedding Cake

Bottom 2 layers were Vanilla Bean White Velvet Cake with Vanilla Buttercream; Middle tall tier was Milk & Cookies (Dark Chocolate and Vanilla White Cake with Oreo Buttercream filling); Top 2 tiers were Carrot Cake with Cream Cheese Buttercream filling. All covered in buttercream and decorated in fondant. YES, I cut and placed well-over 500 of those little square tiles! Nuts, right?! But I love the outcome! The bottom tier was a 14″ and top was a 6″, and the 10″ tier in the middle is a double tier …sucker was HUGE!
