Shrek Cake
This was a birthday cake for a little boy turning 2! I used my new airbrush for the first time on a cake and I’m TOTALLY in love with it! Thanks Deb for being such a great teacher!

Bowling Birthday Cake
This cake was ordered by a wife for the surprise birthday to celebrate the 30th birthday and a 300 game for her husband. This cake was fun to make and also the first time I’ve used an airbrush!
Emily makes the most amazing cakes around. She made the bowling cake for my husbands 30th birthday party and it was a hit (picture on website.) Many of the Birthday guest asked for her contact info and have used her for more than one cake. I truly believe she can make any cake idea into reality. You dream it and she creates it. ~ Bethany

Dad asked me to make a cake for his Church. Their bishop was coming to their Church for a visit. The fondant cutout was NOT as easy as it looks!

Swimming Pool Cake and Cupcakes for Birthday
Let me start by saying this was the most fun cake to deliver! When we pulled up, the two boys were both sitting on the front porch! They both wanted to help carry it inside and then oo-ed and ah-ed over it and wanted to touch it! They kept asking if everything was edible! SUPER cute!

This was a birthday cake weekend! The first was a party for a young lady turning 21 and the second was for the cutest little red-head turning 2! I learned a new trick this week that helps speed up the drying time on gum paste. If you turn your oven light on, put the item in the oven that you want to dry and close the door, the drying time significantly decreases! The items on the 21st birthday cake were all done this way. Just remember, if you use this technique, just make sure EVERYONE that lives with you knows…the smell of burning gum paste is NOT pleasant! I just left a note for all to see!
What difference 2 years and some classes makes! This is the cake I did almost 2 years ago for my nephew’s 1st birthday!
Monkey Cakes for Nephew's Birthday

The top two cakes are pictures of a Baptism cake for the twins from this cake and this cake. I wasn’t thrilled at first on how this cake came out…seems kind of flat to me, but it’s growing on me more every time I look at the picture!
The second cake was the first time I’ve actually ever modeled something to look like something else! Mickey Mouse is SO recognizable, it worried me a little to try to do something like that, but I think he turned out really cute!
Everyone loved the cake it was not flat like you said – I loved it and everyone that ate it said it was the best they ever had. The carrot cake was a big hit and they were eating the crumbs – The kids loved the strawberry cake with the filling. Guests said they never had a cake filled with fresh strawberries before. – sorry it took so long for me to put my comment. Best cake yet! – It took a lot to go above the lemon cake. ~Ginny
I am so sorry for taking so long in getting back. Everyone loved the cake and especially the children that were there. They still rave after all this time about how delicious it was. This was a BUSY weekend! There was a first birthday cake (with a dozen cupcakes too), a big baptism cake and 2 dozen cupcakes for a 4th of July celebration! This coming week will be busy too…a birthday cake for my son and my first wedding cake!

We wanted to thank you for the beautiful cake for Zachary’s baptism. It looked great and tasted even better! Guitar Birthday Cake
This cake was for a young man who is turning 12 and wanted Wii Rock Band. The cake was designed to match the invitations. CHOCOLATE!!! This cake was chocolate with chocolate buttercream. The decorations were made from fondant. The guitar is gumpaste and royal icing.
